Senior Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager with an Engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical / MEP). The candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically handling high-rise buildings. Strong knowledge in MEP operations and the ability to prepare MEP estimates for AMC contracts is required.

Requirements:

• Engineering background (Electrical / Mechanical / MEP)
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience, preferably in high-rise buildings
• Strong MEP technical and managerial knowledge
• Experience in preparing AMC MEP estimates
